－ What You Can Expect －

Begin your trip to Taichung with a hassle-free private transfer. Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby with a personalized sign upon arrival. Once your trip is over, book again and your driver will pick you up from your chosen location and take you to Taipei Taoyuan International Airport.



－ Important Info －

・ Service Hours: 6:00am - 10:00pm
・ Surcharge of NT$100 applies for pick-up or drop-off service between the hours of 10:00pm -6:00am
・ Pick-Up Points: your location within Taichung City or Taoyuan Airport (TPE) Arrival Hall
・ Airport to Hotel Transfer:
- Pick-Up Time: driver will be at arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name at landing time
- Waiting Time: A grace period of 90 mins will apply for pick-up (i.e. for pick-up time of 2:00pm, your driver will wait for you until 3:30pm)
- In the event that you have an early early flight arrival, driver will wait for 90 mins from your updated flight time
- In the event that you have a late flight arrival within 1 hr of your original arrival time, your driver will wait for 90 mins fro your updated flight time. If your updated arrival time is over 1 hr from your original arrival time, please contact KKday customer service to rearrange pick-up service. If adjustments cannot be made, you will receive a full refund
- In the event of any issues, please contact KKday customer service (number will be on your voucher)
• Hotel to Airport Transfer:
- If you do not specify the pick-up time in the ‘Notes’ section when booking, the driver will pick you up at your designated location 4 hrs prior to your flight departure time
- A grace period of 30 mins will apply for hotel pick-up (i.e. for pick-up time of 2:00pm at your hotel, your driver will wait for you until 2:30pm)



－Vehicle Types－

・ 5-Seater Car: capacity of 1 - 3 passengers and 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage
・ 8-Seater Car: capacity of 4 - 7 passengers and 7 pieces of 24-inch luggage



－ Additional Info －

・The following zone does not require additional charges:
- Taichung: Central District, North District, South District, West District, East District, Xitun District, Nantun District, Beitun District, Dajia District, Da’an District, Qingshui District, Wuqi District, Shalu District, Longjing District, Dadu District, Fengyuan District, Houli District, and Shengang District

・There will be additional charges for the following destinations:
- NT$200: Taiping, Dali, Wufeng, Wuri
- NT$500: Dongshi, Xinshe, and Shigang
- NT$1,000: Heping
- NT$2,000: Guguan
・For multiple stops, an additional fee of NT$100 per stop in the same area will apply, at least NT$200 per stop for multiple points in different areas, pricing for stops made in farther mountainous areas will be informed separately, fees are to be paid directly to driver on-site
・If the number of travelers do not match the given information at the time of booking, the driver has the right to refuse to provide services without refund
・Each passenger is insured for NT$2,000,000 compensation for death and NT$200,000 compensation for injuries
