－What You Can Expect－

Begin your trip to Kaohsiung with a hassle-free private transfer. Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby with a personalized sign upon arrival. Once your trip is over, book again and your driver will pick you up from your chosen location and take you to Kaohsiung International Airport.



－Important Info－

・Service Hours: 7:31am - 9:59pm (surcharge applies for night-time: 10:00pm - 7:30am, with additional fee of NT$200 per one-way)
・Pick-Up Point: Kaohsiung International Airport (Exit 7)
・Drop-Off Point: your chosen location within Kaohsiung
・Refusing to use a car seat may result in your activity being canceled, refunds may not be granted
・If the number of travelers in your party upon pick-up does match the number of travelers in your order, the driver has the right to refuse service. Refunds may not be granted
・Each traveler is provided with ‘passenger insurance’ (at a value of NT$200,000 for injury and NT$2 million for death)
・Surcharge applies for exceeding duration (5-seater: NT$200 for every extra 30 mins and NT$400 for every extra hour, 9-seater: NT$250 for every extra 30 mins and NT$500 for extra hour hour)
・Vehicle Type:
5-seater accommodates 1 - 4 travelers and up to 3 pieces of 28-inch luggage
9-seater accommodates 5 - 8 travelers and up to 7 pieces of 28-inch luggage



－Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service Zone－

・No additional fare is required for pick-up and drop-off in the following locations:
Zuoying District, Sanmin District, Lingya District, Xingxing District, Qianjin District, Yancheng Dsitrict, Xiaogang District, Qianzhen District, Gushan District (except Sizihwan and Shoushan Dsitrcits)

・Additional fare is required for pick-up and drop-off in the following locations:
NT$200: Sizihwan, Shoushan, Cijin District, Fengshan District, Dalaio District
NT$300: Niaosong District, Nanzi District, Dashe District, Renwu District, Linyuan District
NT$500: Qiaotou District, Ziguan District, Mituo District
NT$ 600: Dashu District, Gangshan District
NT$ 700: Yongan District, Hunei District, Qieding District, Luzhu District, Alian District
NT$ 900: Tianliao District, Qishan District, Meinong District
NT$ 1,200: Neimen District
NT$ 2,000: Shanlin District
NT$ 2,500: Jiaxian District, Liugui District
NT$ 3,000: Namaxia District, Maolin District
NT$ 3,500: Taoyuan District

・If you wish to make multiple stops, you will be required to pay an additional fee of NT$100 for each extra stop in the same area and NT$200 for each extra stop in different areas



－Additional Info－

・According to Taiwanese law, children under age 4 are required car seats, children ages 4 - 12 are recommended to use a booster car seat, please provide the birthdate, height, and weight of your child in the 'Notes' section. Please note that all car seats require an additional NT$300, to be paid on-site
・Driver will pick you up at Exit 7 of Kaohsiung International Airport, 70 mins after your scheduled arrival time
・The driver will wait for 10 mins from your pick-up time. In the event of a delay, please notify your driver in advance or your driver reserves the right to cancel your pick-up. Refunds will not be granted
・If your arrival time is between 10:00pm - 7:30am, an additional fee of NT$200 will apply
・In the event of an early flight, your driver will arrive at Exit 7, 70 mins from your updated arrival time and will wait for you for 10 mins
・In the event of a delayed flight of an hr or less, your driver will arrive at Exit 7, 70 mins from your updated arrival time and will wait for you for 10 mins
・In the event of a delayed flight of more than an hr, the local agency will rearrange your pick-up service
・For airport drop-off, please provide your preferred pick-up time in the ‘Notes’ section during booking. If no pick-up time is provided, your driver will arrive at your accommodations 2.5 hrs prior to your flight departure time
・If your preferred airport drop-off time is between 10:00pm - 7:30am, an additional fee of NT$200 will apply
・Please note that usage of car seats will reduce seating capacity
・Please provide number of luggage, luggage size, or any oversized luggage in the 'Notes' section when booking. Driver reserves the right to refuse service to groups that do not align with the number of people and luggage provided when booking
・Please note pets are not allowed while boarding the vehicle
・Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window or littering
・Sickness bag is available, please ask for it from the driver when needed
・Any damages caused in the car will incur a compensation fee
・For travelers who plan to bring personal luggage, please provide the size and number of luggage in the ‘Notes’ section when booking
