・Validity: 90 days from the date of issue, this THSR pass can be used to travel to all High-Speed Rail Stations in Taiwan, departing from Chiayi

・Free admission for children under age 6, must not occupy a seat
・Maximum of 10 tickets can be booked in one order. If you wish to order more than 10 tickets, please book separately
・Tickets are eligible for non-Taiwanese passport holders only, please bring your passport for ticket exchange and note that refunds will not be granted to missed trains due to unsuccessful ticket exchange
・Please provide your English name, gender, date of birth, passport number, and nationality when booking



－How To Redeem Your Voucher－

・Please note that you can only start using your ticket on the day after the date of issue
・You will receive a confirmation email with your voucher after your booking has been confirmed. Voucher is valid for 90 days from date of issue
・Show your KKday printed or e-voucher along with your passport at the HSR ticket counter to redeem your physical ticket, and pick a date, time and seat (if desired) for your trip. If you are planning to travel on the same day you redeem your voucher, we strongly suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before your desired departure time
．After you redeem this voucher, your ticket for travel will be valid for 28 days
・To enter or exit the platform, contact the THSR staff, show both your ticket and passport to access or exit the platform
