・For pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, please provide your flight details
・Surcharge applies for pick-up outside the service zone. Please provide your preferred return pick-up and drop-off locations and time
・There are no surcharges for rental overtime that results from traffic congestion or any other unforeseeable circumstances
・Please contact local agency at 8:00pm 1 day prior to departure to confirm itinerary and driver’s contact info. Please make sure that you are reachable as refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to incorrect or incomplete contact info
・For travelers departing from the airport, please provide your flight details in the 'Notes' section, driver will arrive 70 mins after your flight arrival at International Terminal (Exit 7), holding a sign; a 10-min grace period applies. Please note that no changes in pick-up time can be made. Surcharge applies to late arrivals; fees to be paid on-site, directly to the driver:
- 5-seater car: NT$200/30mins; NT$400/hr
- 9-seater car: NT$250/30mins; NT$500/hr
・According to Taiwanese law, children under age 4 are required car seats, children ages 4 - 12 are recommended to use a booster car seat, please provide the birthdate, height, and weight of your child in the 'Notes' section. Please note that all car seats require an additional NT$300, to be paid on-site
・Please note that seating area will be reduced as the number of luggage increases and be sure to provide the number and size of your luggage in the 'Notes' section when booking
・If the number of luggage does not match the number provided during booking, the driver has the right to refuse to provide services without refund
・Please note pets are not allowed while boarding the vehicle
・Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window or littering
・Sickness bag is available, please ask for it from the driver when needed
・Any damages caused in the car will incur a compensation fee
