．Sun Moon Lake Cable Car Ride
Apart from strolling along the lakeside, or taking a boat ride, you can choose to take a cable car ride and look at Sun Moon Lake from above, enjoy an entirely new sensation of observation from a new scope angle. A one-way ride on the cable car only takes 7 minutes, no matter whether it is rainy or foggy, the beauty of the mountain and lake as illustrated on ink paintings can all be viewed on this cable ride.

Wenwu Temple is located in the middle of the mountain on the north of Sun Moon Lake. People worried Longfeng Temple and Ihuatang of Shuishotsun might be flooded by water of Sun Moon Lake, so they built Wenwu Temple in 1969 to combine Longfeng Temple and Ihuatang. Its gate faces to the north. There are mainly 2 gods in Wen- wu temple, the Civil Saint of Confucius, the Military Saint of Guangong.
